1. Anonymity & Privacy
At Endless Thanks, we prioritize the dignity and privacy of all parties involved. Recipients remain anonymous to the public and donors to protect their privacy during difficult times. Similarly, donors remain anonymous to recipients unless they explicitly choose otherwise. We believe that helping our fellow Americans should be done with respect and discretion. To protect the privacy and dignity of the families we serve, some images used may be stock photography acting as a representation of the real-life situations we are addressing.
2. For-Profit Status
Endless Thanks is a for-profit entity. We differ from traditional non-profits by aiming for lower administrative overhead and greater flexibility in how we direct funds to immediate needs. By operating this way, we strive to ensure that the vast majority of resources go directly to helping American families, rather than being tied up in bureaucratic red tape. Contributions are not tax-deductible.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate nature of the assistance we provide (e.g., paying bills, tuition, or debts), all donations are final and non-refundable. Once funds are contributed, they are allocated to the specified causes or the general fund to begin helping families immediately. We cannot offer money-back guarantees on donations.
4. Use of Funds
While we make every effort to apply funds to the specific cause selected, Endless Thanks reserves the right to redirect funds to other urgent needs if a specific cause is fully funded or if the need is no longer present. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that your generosity always helps an American family in need.
